There is ice at the end of the Tunnel

A quick morning hit next to the road...

Just after the tunnel in Chatelard. It is actually underneath the road. Just need to walk a 10m passerelle and there we are. It is hard to find a more comfortable spot to gear up!

An amazing 50m pitch but the ice is melting away and the columns are now barely attached to the rock.

The finish involves some interesting bush wacking! Bill is stylishly getting to the belay.
